Tempranillo
Tempranillo gets its name from Temprano; meaning early in Spanish and is the dominant variety in Spain. The Snake River Valley's warm days and cool nights make Tempranillo ideally suited for this region and we believe the proof is in the bottle! Enjoy with bolder meat dishes and aged Spanish cheeses. Gold Medal 2025 San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition. Best in Class and Gold Medal, 95 points, 2024 Cascadia International Wine Competition; Gold Medal Idaho Wine Competition.
Dry Moscato
Our Estate grown Muscat Ottonel is fermented to dryness inspired by an old world style, hence 'Dry Moscato.' This light layered wine has nodes of pineapple and other tropical fruits. Serve chilled with your favorite charcuterie or seafood dish. Silver Medal 2024 Cascadia International and Idaho Wine Competitions.
Vale Chardonnay
This is our more traditional Chardonnay. When aged in oak, in addition to the fruity characteristics like apple and pineapple, it takes on warmer flavors and aromas like cinnamon and vanilla. Also having undergone malolactic fermentation, you can find notes of butter.
Hat Trick Rosé
This blend of Malbec, Merlot, and a splash of Cabernet Franc tastes like fresh-picked garden strawberries in summer. Bursting with flavor but only about 1% residual sugar.
Unoaked Chardonnay
Forget the oak! This light, fresh, appealing style of Chardonnay was aged in stainless steel. Enjoy this satisfying and versatile wine by itself or with lighter foods. Best White, Best Chardonnay, Double Gold Medal 2023 Idaho Wine Competition.
Grüner Veltliner
Our first ever vintage of Estate grown Grüner Veltliner, and already a Gold medal winner in 2025 San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition and 2024 Idaho Wine Competition. Most commonly grown in Austria, Grüner is not often found grown in the U.S., but it does well in our Idaho climate. Enjoy this zesty and refreshing wine, with aromas and flavors of apple, citrus, and white pepper.
Vale Rosé
This off-dry Rosé is 50/50 blend of Malbec and Merlot from Skyline Vineyards. Lightly sweet with big flavors of strawberries and cream, this will surely be an excellent patio wine.
Pinot Grigio
Our very own Estate grown Pinot Grigio and most award winning wine of 2024, receiving Double Gold Medals and Best in Class in both the Idaho Wine Competition and the Cascadia International Wine Competition. Double Gold Medal 2025 San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition. It is a light, crisp, and delicious wine with bright acidity and notes of honeysuckle, citrus, and green apple.
Malbec
This Malbec is a blend of three different vineyards: 66% Rockspur, 26% Williamsons, and 8% Sawtooth grapes. Aged in 42% new oak, this Malbec has aromas of fresh fruit and sage and notes of Bing cherry and plum on the palate. Awards: Double Gold in the 2024 Idaho Wine and Cascadia Wine Competitions.
Vale Merlot
Grown at the fantastic Rockspur Vineyard, this Merlot has vanilla bean and fresh blueberry aromas that make way for ripe plumes, black cherry, and slight spice on the finish with medium acidity and tannins. This will pair well with meat dishes, bolder cheese like bleu cheese and decadent chocolate desserts.
Vale Syrah
Bright red berry and hint of oak on the nose. Red cherry, raspberry, dried strawberry flavors with bright balanced acidity and slight mocha finish. Classic cool climate Syrah!
Cabernet Franc
The nose leads with warm baking spices, cloves, nutmeg, a touch of cedar, layered over subtle dried fruit aromas like fig and black currant. On the palate, it's bright and structed, with juicy acidity carrying through red and dark fruit tones.
Cabernet Sauvignon
A blend from Sawtooth and Williamson Vineyards, with a splash of Petit Verdot. It features flavors of black cherry and blackberry, with subtle notes of leather and licorice. Firm tannins and a smooth finish make it a versatile red for meals or sipping.
Chardonnay
Crisp notes of apple and lemon balanced by a hint of pineapple. Aged mostly in stainless steel for freshness, with 10% aged in oak for added texture. Bright, clean finish with a subtle touch of creaminess.
